ANALISIS DE REDES.  SNA TOOLS:

GEPHI: Visualización y métricas básicas de redes
Gephi is an interactive visualization and exploration platform for all kinds of networks and complex systems, dynamic and hierarchical graphs.
Runs on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. Gephi is open-source and free

NETLOGO: Modelización de redes dinámicas
NetLogo is a programmable modeling environment for simulating natural and social phenomena. It was authored by Uri Wilensky in 1999 and has been in continuous development ever since at the Center for Connected Learning and Computer-Based Modeling.
NetLogo is particularly well suited for modeling complex systems developing over time. Modelers can give instructions to hundreds or thousands of "agents" all operating independently. This makes it possible to explore the connection between the micro-level behavior of individuals and the macro-level patterns that emerge from their interaction.
NetLogo lets students open simulations and "play" with them, exploring their behavior under various conditions. It is also an authoring environment which enables students, teachers and curriculum developers to create their own models. NetLogo is simple enough for students and teachers, yet advanced enough to serve as a powerful tool for researchers in many fields.
NetLogo has extensive documentation and tutorials. It also comes with the Models Library, a large collection of pre-written simulations that can be used and modified. These simulations address content areas in the natural and social sciences including biology and medicine, physics and chemistry, mathematics and computer science, and economics and social psychology. Several model-based inquiry curricula using NetLogo are available and more are under development.
NetLogo can also power a classroom participatory-simulation tool called HubNet. Through the use of networked computers or handheld devices such as Texas Instruments graphing calculators, each student can control an agent in a simulation.
NetLogo is the next generation of the series of multi-agent modeling languages including StarLogo and StarLogoT. NetLogo runs on the Java virtual machine, so it works on all major platforms (Mac, Windows, Linux, et al). It is run as a standalone application. Models and HubNet activities can be run as Java applets in a web browser. Command line operation is also supported.

IGRAPH
igraph is a free software package for creating and manipulating undirected and directed graphs. It includes implementations for classic graph theory problems like minimum spanning trees and network flow, and also implements algorithms for some recent network analysis methods, like community structure search.
igraph contains functions for generating regular and random graphs, manipulating graphs, assigning attributes to vertices and edges. It can calculate various structural properties, graph isomorphism, includes heuristics for community structure detection, supports many file formats. The R and Python interfaces support visualization.
igraph runs on most modern machines and operating systems, and it is tested on MS Windows, Mac OSX and various Linux versions.
The software you need for installing igraph depends on whether you want to use the C library, the R package or the Python extension; and may vary depending on your platform.

PAJECK: (Large) Network Analysis And Visualization
Pajek (Slovene word for Spider) is a program, for Windows, for analysis and visualization of large networks. It is freely available, for noncommercial use, at its download page. See also a reference manual for Pajek (in PDF). The development of Pajek is traced in its History.

NODEXL: Network Graph
SNA integrated into Excel (only Windows). Free.
NodeXL is a free, open-source template for Microsoft® Excel® 2007 and 2010 that makes it easy to explore network graphs.  With NodeXL, you can enter a network edge list in a worksheet, click a button and see your graph, all in the familiar environment of the Excel window.

SNA: Tools for Social Network Analysis
(specialized)
A range of tools for social network analysis, including node and graph-level indices, structural distance and covariance methods, structural equivalence detection, network regression, random graph generation, and 2D/3D network visualization.

SONIA: Social Network Image Animator
(specialized)
SoNIA is a Java-based package for visualizing dynamic or longitudinal "network" data. By dynamic, we mean that in addition to information about the relations (ties) between various entities (actors, nodes) there is also information about when these relations occur, or at least the relative order in which they occur.
The intention for SoNIA is  to read-in dynamic network information from various formats, aid the user in constructing "meaningful" layouts, and export the resulting images or "movies" of the network, along with information about the techniques and parameter settings used to construct the layouts, and some form of statistic indicating the "accuracy" or degree of distortion present in the layout. This is all somewhat ambitious, but not impossible.
SoNIA will have other uses. One of the most important is for it to work as a platform for the development, testing, and comparison of various static and dynamic layout techniques. Because of this, We have attempted to code SoNIA as an OpenSource project in a modular fashion so that the various layout techniques and tools are fairly interchangeable, and they can all draw on a common set of utility functions for common network and layout operations.
Another mode of use that SoNIA supports is that of a "browser" for time-based network data. Our intention is to make it as easy as possible for users (us) to visually inspect sets of relations in large datasets at varying temporal resolutions and degrees of aggregation.

NETWORKX: High-productivity software for complex networks (Phyton)
NetworkX is a Python language software package for the creation, manipulation, and study of the structure, dynamics, and functions of complex networks.
Open Source.
